Reading order

1. AGENTS.md — binding workflow, safety, architecture boundaries, ticket, and validation rules.
2. Architecture Overview — current product, identity, tenant, WeCom, archive, billing, storage, and Platform Operations authority map.
3. docs/architecture/runtime-debt.md — compatibility paths that must not be removed without retirement evidence.
4. .env.example and docs/DEPLOYMENT.md — configuration and repo-owned/operator-managed deployment boundary.
5. Data Model, API Reference, and the relevant code/tests — only for the domain being changed.

GitHub Issues are the active work system. RND identifiers and Linear links in historical documents are migration provenance, not instructions.

Historical AI summaries are grouped in AI Historical Onboarding; they are not a replacement for the sources above.
