The Wiki contains the full human-readable content of every tracked repository Markdown document. It is the editorial source of truth. The repository keeps copies where GitHub, the application, deployment, tests, or agent runtimes require a file at a versioned path. Changes to an embedded repository copy take effect only after a synchronized repository PR and CI.
The Wiki entry is the reading and editing path; the repository link identifies the embedded copy.
