FAQ
Is BizzCMS free? Yes. It is open source under the MIT licence: use it, change it, host it yourself, also commercially. If you would like help, Ingenium offers setup and managed hosting; see bizzcms.com.
Do I need a server? No. BizzCMS runs on Cloudflare Workers with D1 and R2. You need a Cloudflare account to put a site live (Deploying to Cloudflare).
Where is my content stored? In your own Cloudflare account: the database in D1, images and files in R2.
Can I edit HTML directly? Yes, every text box has a Visual | HTML | Preview switch (Writing and Editing).
Can I import posts from my old website? Yes. Posts keep their original dates, categories, tags and authors, and their old addresses keep working through the legacy fields and redirects (Blog and News, SEO).
Does it work with AI assistants? Yes, through the MCP server, with an API key. Assistants can read your content; if you allow it per collection, they can also write posts and pages and upload images (API and AI Assistants).
Is the API open to everyone? No, it is closed by default. You can open it for reading under Settings › API.
Light or dark? Both. Switch in the sidebar.
Is it fast? Yes. Pages are served from Cloudflare's edge cache, close to your visitors, and refreshed the moment you save (Caching and Speed).
Is there an RSS feed? Yes, at /feed/ and per section, e.g. /blog/feed/ (SEO).
What if something breaks? Visitors see a friendly page with a reference code; you find the details under Settings › Error log (Users and Security).
Where do I report a problem or ask for a feature? Open an issue on GitHub.
