History

The History tab lists past sales for your store, filterable by date, terminal, cashier, or customer. Selecting a sale shows its full line-item detail.

From a sale's detail view you can:

• Void — reverses a completed sale. Voided sales are excluded from reports but kept on record.
• Cancel — only available before a sale has been paid (an order still in progress). Unlike voiding, cancelling can't be undone.

Reports

The Reports tab builds summary reports over a date range. Choose a report type, a date range, and click Build Report:

• Daily Summary — sales totals broken down by day and hour over the selected range, plus a separate tally of voided sales.
• Items Sold — which items sold, in what quantity, with revenue and margin (margin needs the app to have started sending cost data with each sale — older sales without it are treated as having zero cost rather than showing an error).
• Till History — a log of till open/close sessions per terminal, showing which cashiers rang up sales during each session.

Every report can be printed directly from the Print Report button.

Note: the Terminal and Cashier dropdowns on the Reports page filter screen don't currently narrow these three reports — each report only respects the date range. This is a known limitation, not a bug you're hitting by mistake. A future update will fix this.
