API Changes in Dynamo 4.3.0

The following APIs have been added

• EvaluationCompletedEventArgs.WasCancelled property - Returns true when graph evaluation was interrupted by a cancel request (RunCancelCommand with cancelRun: true, including Shift+F5). A cancelled run still completes with EvaluationSucceeded == true. Node values may be leftover from an earlier run. Listeners that treat "succeeded" as "fresh results are ready" should also check WasCancelled. This is additive (non-breaking).
