feature match SURF_v0.2

Overview

The feature-match-SURF software is a front-end for OpenCV implemented Flann matcher adapted to OpenCV SURF implementation descriptors. It expect two input images and the keypoints files associated as input and generates the matches file as output.

Grayscale images are expected by the software. If color images are given as input, the OpenCV image reader convert it automatically into grayscale images.

Usage

The feature-match-SURF software expect the following stream parameters :

--input-a -i, --input-b -j

Paths of the input images.

--keyfile-a -k, --keyfile-b -l

Paths of the input keypoints files.

--output -o

Path of the output matches file.

Compilation

The software binary can be build using its specific makefile by simply typing in its base directory :

$ make clean && make build [OPENMP=false]

The binary is placed in the local bin directory and is not copied in the main bin directory. To generate the documentation, use the command :

$ make clean-documentation && make documentation

To install or uninstall the binaries on the local computer, use the commands :

# make install
# make uninstall
