feature match view_v0.2

Overview

The feature-match-view software provides a way of visualising matches between two images. The two images are then considered as a chromatic layer of the created output image. The matches are drawn using simple lines.

Grayscale images are expected by the software. If color images are given as input, the OpenCV image reader convert it automatically into grayscale images.

Usage

The feature-match-view software expect the following parameters :

--input-a -i, --input-b -j

Paths of the two input images.

--output -o

Path of the output image.

--matchfile -m

Path of the matches file.

Compilation

The software binary can be build using its specific makefile by simply typing in its base directory :

$ make clean && make build [OPENMP=false]

The binary is placed in the local bin directory and is not copied in the main bin directory. To generate the documentation, use the command :

$ make clean-documentation && make documentation

To install or uninstall the binaries on the local computer, use the commands :

# make install
# make uninstall
