Start by recording the exact build shown in Settings > About. The current reset line is Hayai 1.15.0 development builds with version code 114; nightly labels may add an rN revision.
- Open Browse > Extensions and pull to refresh.
- Check the APK or JavaScript repository in the page menu.
- Use the row's error details for untrusted, obsolete, load-failed, or JavaScript runtime failures.
- If an installed extension is missing, include its Android package name or JavaScript source ID in the report.
- If installation fails, include Android's exact installer message. Remove cookies, tokens, and repository credentials from logs.
- Compare native and web rendering for the same chapter.
- Check the selected dictionary and translation provider.
- Confirm an Android text-to-speech engine and voice are installed.
- Include the source, chapter URL, renderer, and reproduction steps without account secrets.
- Confirm adult-source features are enabled.
- Verify the gallery opens in a browser using the same account.
- Recheck authentication, refresh the details page, and allow time for rate limits to clear.
- Never post cookies or authenticated response bodies.
Search existing issues before opening a new report. Include the Hayai version, Android version, device, source or extension version, exact steps, expected result, actual result, and a redacted crash log when available.
