Installing Scipion v1.2

We have prepared 2 different guides depending on the mode you want to install Scipion

• Installing from Sources or github.

• Installing using binaries.

Upgrading from Scipion v1.0 or v1.0.1

If you are updating your Scipion installation, we recommend you to proceed as a new Scipion installation in a separate folder and then follow our migration guide.
