L2 cache project

We are starting a project on getting back the L2 cache in the 2018 version of rocket-chip.
Team members (and all those who would like to join) please follow these steps:
- create a Virtual Machine following these instructions
- do
git clone https://github.com/Intensivate/learning_journey_vm_setup, thus cloning the repo containing the required scripts - follow the instructions given on the order of running them inside the VM.
