Flat Lamp
The Flat Electric Lamp is a compact, surface-mountable light fixture that operates on electrical power or standard redstone signals. Attached flat against walls, floors, or ceilings, it provides high-level illumination when active.
The Flat Electric Lamp is obtained by putting a redstone lamp through a Stone Cutter.
When placed, the lamp automatically attaches to the clicked block face.
Its shape adapts directly to the attached surface to maintain a thin profile.
The lamp continuously checks two valid activation conditions during server ticks to update its LIT state:
- Consumes up to 20 FE per tick from its internal storage to stay illuminated.
- If its stored energy drops below 20 FE, it burns through the remaining buffer before turning off.
- Listens for adjacent redstone signals.
- If a neighbor redstone signal is active, the lamp turns ON regardless of internal FE storage.
