DAY 2 - Notes and Details:

Today was a very fun-filled second day as it marked our last day of skill-building before starting with our project work in a full-fledged manner. Today started off with watching a documentary of a famous maker and how they used costumes to detect surroundings. The session then progressed into learning about the basics of 3D printing and laser cutting. We then used FreeCAD to create a pendant with our names and then accordingly also used Bambu Lab to make a 2D version of that which will go for laser cutting. It was a really interesting session which helped us understand how we should go about our own group projects.

After lunch, had a hands-on session on wood cutting (finishing off from last time), where we now used our already-constructed rectangular brick as a base for the stamp we were creating. We carved out intricate shapes and accordingly cut them along with learning drilling basics to come up with a fresh, working stamp.

Throughout the day, we explored importance of various inputs, outputs, batteries and the topic of "How to Prototype Better". This gave us a reality check into our actual understanding and how ready we were for creating our projects.

Overall, Day 2 marked the end of our skill-building journey. Now we look forward to creating the circuits for our project in Day 3
