VE Ops automates the mundane parts of running an Amateur Radio Volunteer Examiner session: pulling registrations from ExamTools, scheduling the Zoom meeting and Discord event, collecting the exam fee, emailing candidates, watching the FCC for grants, and tracking what has been filed with the VEC.
This wiki is the user manual. It answers "how do I do this" for the people who use the app. It
does not explain how the code works — that lives in /docs
in the repository, next to the code it describes.
Your first session walks one session end to end — what the app does on its own, and the handful of moments it needs you.
Something already broken? Something is wrong is symptom-first.

Each guide is short on purpose. It says what the role can do and in what order, then links to the task page that does the explaining. The task pages are shared — one set of instructions, read by whichever roles are allowed to follow them.

Questions, bugs and feature requests go to GitHub Issues. Security problems go through SECURITY.md instead — not an issue.
