This index is the plan, not the finished set. Pages marked planned do not exist yet — the role guides currently carry that ground themselves, and the runbooks in the repository cover the "something is broken" half. Pages get written when somebody needs one, not up front; see About this wiki for why.

Everything server-shaped — deploying, rolling back, restoring, diagnosing a stuck worker — is not here and will not be. It lives with the code, in docs/runbooks, because it is read with a terminal open.
