Increased SYNCHRONISED_VEHICLE_COUNT to 16 to permit duelling coasters with more coasters. Otherwise no changes to the game logic. Feature requested in the forums: https://openrct2.org/forums/topic/2544-synchronized-stations-dont-work-passed-8-stations/

This will impact network games which already have duelling coasters built with more than 8 adjacent stations, so a new network version is necessary (included).

Briefly tested in single player with a simple 10-way duelling coaster - working as expected.

My only thoughts with this are that if it works well at 16, why was it set to 8 to start with (i.e. is there something we're missing)? Of course, it's likely that CS simply picked a sensible arbitrary limit, and we can raise it without issue.

@rwjuk I expect it's to keep performance high. OpenTTD still have a warning that high station lengths and widths can impact performance on their customisable limit.

@IntelOrca Yeah, that makes sense. Of course (as mentioned in the forum thread by @Gymnasiast) this is 2017 not 2002, so I think raising the limit to 16 is fine.
