Owner checks A-D for the standalone recent-links card passed at 9888d53 on 2026-10-02 in Chrome 154.0.8037.59 (Official Build) (x86_64), macOS, Dashboard Test profile, file://. Checks cover four tiles and expansion, reopening without duplication, Clear surviving reload, and return after a new opening. Ten-row cap, search submissions, keyboard use, storage errors and backups have CI evidence only.
PR #6 is merged. v1.5.2 is published at a12c46a309f2edfa5e40650509012618bc4716b7 after passing main CI 37058155538. The deterministic suite has 77 passed, 1 skipped; the separate live Bing diagnostic verifies fallback only. No agent-driven Mac browser acceptance took place. Chrome-history integration remains deferred. Previous tags and acceptance records are preserved.
The owner reported "All looks good" for the final four-provider dashboard at 9d172f1 on 2026-10-01 and requested baselining, documentation updates and publication. This is overall acceptance, not separately reported results for every checklist item.
PR #3 is merged into main at 5ab4c00f590bdc992358145684495cfa8dd87bc5. Release-preparation commit a1df90c changes only the version label and documentation; both CI runs passed. The owner explicitly confirmed tagging and release on 2026-10-02. GitHub Release v1.5.1 is public, with the tag at 901807ffe49504b8882d60a8d80c93fcfeccdae2. Main CI passed at that target. Later documentation updates do not move the tag.

The 16px favicon correction is CI verified using decodable fixtures and was not separately checked by the owner. Picsum date rollover is fixed-clock CI only. Live Bing diagnostic success means fallback remained after CORS failure, not that a Bing image loaded.
The Chrome version for the earlier v1.5.1 checks was not recorded. Blocked sidebar attempts supply no evidence. Safari, Windows and real touch devices remain unverified; quota and overlapping-pointer checks used simulated conditions.
The pre-existing v1.5.0 tag points to unfinished feature work, not this accepted baseline, and is preserved.
