First ask your assistant: "turn off the weekly check". Then:

• As a plugin in Claude: remove the plugin via Settings, Plugins, or in the terminal with /plugin uninstall kennisbasis@rellicon.
• Via install.md: remove the folders kennis-intro, kennis-tooling, catchup, save-context and vault from your program's skills folder.

Finally remove the folder ~/.kennisbasis and take the block between <!-- kennisbasis:start --> and <!-- kennisbasis:end --> out of the instruction file (see The vault).

Your vault stays where it is.
