For individuals and freelancers: anyone who works alone and wants to capture their own knowledge. The vault lives on your own computer and belongs to you and your AI assistant.

If you work in a team or an organisation, this is not the right approach. Knowledge your colleagues also need belongs in a shared place everyone can reach, not in the notebook of a personal assistant.

Note: the knowledge you build with Kennisbasis is personal. Sharing it with colleagues or others is at your own risk. You probably also use your AI assistant for private matters or for work that is not meant for them, and all of it ends up in the same notebook. If you want to structure knowledge and data professionally, organise that at the level of your organisation.
