Menu Bar

The Menu Bar provides access to the Report Viewer's primary commands for working with reports, including exporting, printing, searching, viewing, and accessing help resources.

The available commands are grouped into four menus:

• File
• Edit
• View
• Help

File Menu

The File menu contains commands for exporting, configuring PDF output, previewing, and printing the current report.

Export

Opens the export options for the current report.

PDF Settings

Opens the PDF Settings dialog where you can configure options used when exporting PDF reports.

Preview in Browser

Opens the current report in your default web browser for on-screen preview.

Print

Opens the standard browser print window, allowing you to print the report or save it as a PDF.

Edit Menu

The Edit menu provides commands for copying, selecting, and searching report content.

Copy (Ctrl+C)

Copies the selected text to the clipboard.

Select All (Ctrl+A)

Selects all report content.

Find (Ctrl+F)

Searches for text within the current report.

View Menu

The View menu contains commands for refreshing the display and adjusting the zoom level.

Refresh (F5)

Reloads the current report in the viewer.

Zoom

Changes the zoom level used to display the report on screen. Zoom affects only the on-screen view and does not change printed or exported output.

Help Menu

The Help menu provides access to documentation and additional resources.

Help

Opens the online help documentation.

Sample Scripts

Opens the GitHub Discussions page where you can browse sample report scripts, templates, and other community-contributed resources.
