Points

Points give each viewer a channel balance that can be checked, moved, awarded, spent through gambling, or used for giveaway prizes.

Turn on and set up points

1. Select the correct channel.
2. Open Channel setup.
3. Turn on Points under Chat tools.
4. Open Points, then Settings.
5. Under General, choose the Point label, Chance of winning (%), and Wait between gambles.
6. Under Chat commands, keep or change the command words.
7. Under Bot replies, change any messages you want the bot to send.
8. Select Save changes.

Common command words include !points, !givepoints, !addpoints, !removepoints, and !gamble. Your channel may use different words from Settings.

Check a balance

1. Open Points, then Dashboard.
2. Find Viewer points.
3. Enter a Twitch name under Find viewer.
4. Select Search.

The Leaderboard shows the top balances for the selected channel.

Move, add, or take away points

Use the three controls under Viewer points:

• Move points transfers a value from one viewer to another.
• Add points gives a whole-number amount to an existing Twitch user.
• Take away points removes points from a viewer.

Move and take-away amounts may be a whole number, a percentage such as 50%, or all. Check both Twitch names and the amount before selecting the action.

Delete balance removes a viewer's balance record. Use it only when that entire record should be removed, not for an ordinary adjustment.

Check what changed

The Recent changes table records point changes, the viewer, the amount, and the balance afterward. Use it to check a moderator adjustment or giveaway prize.
