Wiki Maintenance
The ServiceOps wiki is the canonical documentation source. Update the relevant operations, engineering, deployment, API or compliance page alongside the current implementation plan and backlog. Keep historical requirements and evidence dated; historical success does not establish current deployment status.

python3 tools/check_wiki_links.pyPages live at the root with readable names. Images and validation evidence retain their paths under docs/. The API reference, generated PDF, screenshots, diagrams and supporting guides are maintained exclusively in this wiki. The application repository retains a short README and required project metadata. Documentation generation scripts and their dependencies are retained here; set SERVICEOPS_REPO when the application checkout is elsewhere. Wiki pushes do not execute GitHub Actions, so run the link checker before publication.
Migrated on 2026-10-10 from serviceops-notes, preserving its main-branch Git history, all maintained pages, frozen backlog history, image assets, raw validation evidence, and current uncommitted deployment status updates. Related application guides, the platform PDF, and local documentation-generation tooling are included. Private agent instructions, credentials, environments, caches and editor artifacts are excluded.
The source GitHub repository was deleted on 2026-10-10 after an independent fresh clone verified all 73 migration checksums, 754 Markdown/HTML links and anchors and 64 public page/asset URLs. Its original main-branch history remains an ancestor of this wiki. ServiceOps README links and the repository documentation homepage now point to the wiki. A local Git bundle of the original source repository is retained for recovery. The migration manifest records source and destination checksums.
The local recovery bundle is serviceops-notes-retired-20261010.bundle. Local source files remain available for recovery; their old GitHub remote has been deleted. Private local operating instructions now identify this wiki as the canonical documentation source.
Post-migration validation: the complete operations manual rendered successfully in a disposable environment using the retained documentation dependencies, and migrated screenshot URLs resolved to their local assets. The application README-only update passed CodeQL and the complete supply-chain/browser quality gate.
The README migration commit completed the governed release workflow successfully, including signed GHCR provenance/SBOM verification and all five RPM build/install targets. Documentation migration is complete; this record does not claim a new runtime deployment.
Documentation consolidation: ServiceOps/docs resources and supporting Markdown guides were removed from the application file tree after verifying their wiki copies. The Home and App-Guide pages provide concise visual navigation; detailed references remain available. The obsolete documentation-mirror test was retired; /api/v1/docs continues to render the code-generated OpenAPI schema.
