Mast crew: Lowering the spinnaker on port tack

1. Without disturbing the spinnaker shape:
   1. Release pole from mast ring,
   2. Then from topping lift,
   3. Then guy
2. Store pole under starboard bench
3. Duck under lazy jib sheet so it's over your neck
4. Gather port spinnaker clew, ask for slack on starboard spinnaker sheet
5. Release halyard and quickly bring in spinnaker
6. Store spinnaker
7. Attach spinnaker head to snap shackle on port shroud
