Overworld Randomizer is a version of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past randomizer. One program includes the entrance options, the dungeon door options, and the overworld options.
This wiki explains what those options do. The names on each page are the names in the program. Start with Getting Started if you are about to roll a seed. Installation, and how to run Gui.py, stay in the README.
Questions and bug reports go to the #ow-rando channel on the ALTTP Randomizer Discord.
The Randomize window is split into tabs.
- Items covers the world, the goal, and most of the item pool. See World and Goals and Items and Extras.
- Overworld covers map layout, tile flip, and flute spots. See Overworld.
- Entrances covers which outdoor door leads where. See Entrance Shuffle.
- Dungeons covers keys, prizes, and doors inside dungeons. See Dungeons.
- Enemizer covers enemies, bosses, and logic. See Enemies and Logic.
Trackers lists the maps and trackers that follow these modes. More Detail points at the customizer and the longer references, for setup that goes past the tabs.
