Steering Committee 202002 Minutes

1. Welcome new members from Stockholm University Library

Andreas Hedström Mace (Business Developer) and Maria Ahlbäck (e-resources librarian)

2. February release

CORAL is moving to a new release every 6 months February and August. Rebecca and Matthias will create a project board for the new release. Jeff will help with the release. Tentative dates:

• Feb. 10: having the project board ready for SC to review.
• Feb. 11-Feb. 25: translation work
• Feb. 28: announce the release to the public

The committee also discussed about using the release date as the version number.

3. Issue 570: Workflows and the "any" problem (might be a good idea to read the issue before the meeting)

SC members will look at the issue and add comments on Github.

4. Web committee and website administration/maintenance

Yan will contact Web committee to get a volunteer for Chair position.

5. Usage Statistics module proposed updates from SirsiDynix

SirsiDynix is working on enhancing the usage module, looking for collaboration with other parties.

6. Expression of interest to join Steering Committee from University of Greenwich

Yan will send out a poll to SC members.
