Eric introduced Sarah Dennis to the group. Sarah is the Electronic Resources Librarian at Texas A&M. Welcome Sarah!

  1. Equinox grant update (XS)

XS received the grant letter from Equinox and shared it with the group. The group had no issue with the letter. XS will confirm with Equinox and move forward with the grant process.

  1. CORAL survey update (XS)

XS sent out the survey in December and received many responses. The group agreed to proceed with a virtual CORAL user group meeting in the spring. A task group was formed to plan and organize the virtual meeting. The group (including Sarah, Eric, Andy and Yan) will meet separately planning the event and report back to SC.

  1. Issues with PHP compatibility

Users from the listserv reported CORAL did not work with the most recent PHP8 and above. The group discussed the issue and decided to evaluate PHP comparability and update the documentation. Tommy and Rebecca will work on this. If we have the development resource, SC would like to update CORAL to support the most recent PHP. SC will discuss this again at the February meeting.
