Steering Committee 20200707 Minutes

1. Website hosting renewal (Yan) The website hosting renewal is due by 7/28/2020. NC State University will pay for the renewal. The committee will explore other hosting options that involve no fee or lower the cost. We'll revisit the topic at the next SC meeting.
2. OLF Governance & Membership Model (Yan) OLF shared the newly approved governance and membership model. The committee agreed that the membership cost was too high to afford. Yan will bring back the feedback to OLF.
3. Caltech E-Resources Position (Tommy) Heather is no longer with Caltech. The position will be refilled but may be delayed.
