Register the students that qualify for final exams
To enter the administrator interface, select the administrator tab once you are logged in. On the left side in the administrators dashboard there is a list of Active periods/semesters. In this list you click on the name of the Subject(course) you want to view students that qualify for final exams.
Open the Students-tab. You are presented with an overview of all students. On the right hand side you can set criteria required for students to qualify for final exams.
In the drop down you select your criteria for qualification for final exams. See Register the students that qualify for final exams manually if you have no assignments.
You can preview the students that qualify for final exams using the Show matching students-button. warning: Searching in the list of matching students does not work (search resets all other filters on the list, including the preview of matching students).
Click the View-dropdown menu in the upper right corner of the grid, and select Detailed.
After choosing a criteria, click Save to label all students with one of: qualified-for-exam or not-qualified-for-exam.
After clicking Save the page will reload and you will se a list of all students clearly labled as either qualifies-for-exam or unqualified-for-exam in the Labels column. These results are now ready for export to other systems.
If you find you have to change the status of any of the students, note that you have to re-save. This list is not updated automatically when you change or add grades on individual assignments.
