Fun facts

Four things worth knowing about this codebase that don't fit anywhere else.

The longest file is the renderer, and it knows it

desktop/renderer/renderer.ts is about 3,400 lines and 98.6 KB, roughly four times the next-largest file. It handles command parsing, transcript rendering, the streaming "scramble → decode" effect, and the Coding Brief clarification round in one module. The comment density suggests it grew feature-by-feature rather than by design, which is exactly what the complexity hotspot report flags.

The oldest artifact is the Transform engine

lib/transform/engine.ts predates nearly everything else and still works unchanged: the persona map, the ordered intent checks (translation and summarization are tested before the broad "generation" branch so "buatkan ringkasan" lands on summarization), and the "10+ years experience" senior-engineer persona are all carry-overs from the pre-migration web app.

The product has two names

The exported constants and pretty internals call it "Drferdi Transformer Engine V2" / "CTE V2" (lib/constants.ts), the email is branded "Drferdi CTE" (lib/email/welcome.ts), the package name is still sentra-prompt, and the console banner still prints "Sentra Prompt Console" (desktop/renderer/strings.ts). The product brand is MyPrompt; the internal names simply haven't been unified yet.

The "TODO" findings are a feature, not a backlog

A routine TODO scan turns up about 20 matches, and all of them are the intentional [TODO: ...] placeholder marker that the Coding Brief validator treats as an explicit "the engine lacks this information" signal. The word "TODO" survives here as a domain concept, not leftover engineering debt. There are no FIXME or HACK comments in the codebase.
