Workspace overrides

pnpm-workspace.yaml has packages: [] and an overrides block that pins patched versions of transitive packages, including minimatch, rollup, esbuild, markdown-it, ajv, tar, undici, shell-quote, path-to-regexp, tmp, and vitest, and remaps xlsx to npm:@e965/xlsx@0.20.3. Its allowBuilds block permits install scripts for @prisma/client, @prisma/engines, electron, esbuild, and prisma, and denies them for @sentry/cli, sharp, and unrs-resolver.
