Organization and tenancy

A workspace, also called an organization, groups documents, templates, users, and settings. Confirm the active workspace before inviting colleagues or creating agreements.

Individual and Teams

Individual is a personal workspace. Teams adds collaboration such as team invitations and role management and requires a business email. An eligible Individual user can open Upgrade to Teams from the user menu and follow the available upgrade form. This documentation does not assume pricing or billing behavior that is not implemented in the inspected code.

Invite a colleague

  1. Open Organisation Settings as an authorized workspace administrator.
  2. Open membership or invitation controls.
  3. Enter the colleague's business email and choose the intended role.
  4. Send the invitation.
  5. Check outstanding invitations and membership after acceptance.

The invited person opens the invitation link and follows the acceptance page. Invite only to the intended workspace and use the least access needed. If an invitation is invalid or expired, ask the inviter for a replacement.

Manage teams and roles

Create teams to group colleagues where your workspace supports them. Add members and use teams for applicable template sharing. Review membership when colleagues change responsibilities or leave.

Roles determine available operations; permissions determine particular actions. Workspace role names and integration token roles are not interchangeable. Internal review also checks who is assigned to the agreement. A role that can read documents does not automatically authorize every review decision, integration operation, or administrative setting.

Configure the workspace

Available organization settings include workspace information, branding, notifications, usage, compliance preferences, teams, and membership. For each change:

  1. Open the relevant settings section.
  2. Review existing values and who the change affects.
  3. Save the update.
  4. Check the resulting display or behavior.

Branding settings apply where the application supports them. Notification settings do not replace configuring a working email provider. Compliance preferences express policy choices; selecting them does not certify an organization or guarantee legal suitability.

Use the usage view to understand consumption and configured limits. If uploads or invitations are blocked, ask an administrator to review usage and workspace status.

Switch workspace

Use the workspace selection controls when available. Confirm the workspace name after switching; documents and templates from another workspace may no longer appear. A missing record can be a workspace-selection issue rather than data loss.

Workspace and platform administration

Workspace administrators manage their organization. Platform administrators manage service-level settings such as tenant status, maintenance, feature flags, limits, and audit views. These are separate responsibilities. See Administration and Security and Audit Trail.

Verify an organization domain

Authorized administrators can add a domain through the available domain controls. Enter a domain your organization owns, follow the verification instructions returned by the application, and run its verification action. Check that the status becomes verified before relying on it for workspace policy. Never publish private domain-control tokens in screenshots or public issues.

Policy settings may include signing reauthentication, signature reasons, and retention preferences. Confirm actual enforcement and retention processing with the operator; a saved preference is not certification or an automatic purge guarantee.
