Cuban Pollo Asado

Ingredients

• 2 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

Marinade

• 1 oz neutral oil
• 1/2 cup sour orange juice
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 tablespoons complete seasoning
• 3/4 teaspoons turmeric for color
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
• Salt + pepper to taste

Procedure

Combine marinade ingredients.

Marinate chicken.

Grill.
