- 16 oz turkey chopped
- 1 tsp rubbed sage
- ½ teaspoon of thyme
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder
- ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Blend spices together.
Coat chopped turkey with spice blend.
Pass through grinder.
