Pan Roasted Cauliflower and Olives

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup raisins (optional)
- 5 oz Pitted Castelvetrano Olives
- 2 oz Pine Nuts, toasted
- Zest of 1 orange
Coat cauliflower florets in olive oil, salt and pepper.
Air fry 15 minutes.
Coat olives and raisin in olive oil.
Add olives to cauliflower, air fry additional 15 minutes.
Plate, sprinkle pine nuts and orange zest.
