WorkPilot AI's Roadmap view brings AI-assisted feature planning into the same environment where tasks are built and shipped. Rather than treating roadmapping as a separate exercise from execution, it lets you generate, prioritize, and sequence features directly alongside the multi-agent pipeline that will eventually implement them.

Two prompt-driven capabilities power the view:

In practice, this means the Roadmap tab can propose what to build next, group related work into phases, and account for who the features are aimed at — all grounded in the actual codebase rather than generic suggestions. Because it lives inside WorkPilot AI, roadmap items aren't a dead end: a prioritized feature can flow straight into a new task, where the Planner → Coder → QA Reviewer → QA Fixer pipeline picks it up for implementation.

The Roadmap view sits alongside the app's other planning and analysis surfaces — Insights for codebase exploration, Ideation for surfacing improvements and vulnerabilities, and the Architecture Visualizer for understanding structure — giving teams a consistent AI-assisted path from "what should we build" through "how is it structured" to "is it done." As with the rest of WorkPilot AI, roadmap planning respects the project's no-time-estimates rule: features are ordered by priority rather than promised delivery dates.
