COMMAND: @agfail <object> = <command-list> ATTRIBUTE: Agfail

Sets the action to be taken by an object when someone tries to give it away but fails because they didn't pass the object's give lock.

Example: @agfail sword = @name me=Cursed Sword;:laughs maniacally.
