Ammunition Guide
This page lists the default projectile values and impact effects. See Ballistics for the damage calculation.
| Tower Crossbow Bolt | Short Tower Crossbow Bolt | |

| Launcher | Tower Crossbow | Arcballista |
| Stack size | 8 | 16 |
| Base launch speed | 188 blocks/s | 212 blocks/s |
| Mass / penetration | 28 / 1.25 | 16 / 0.85 |
| Block-damage multiplier | 0.45 | 0.25 |
| Armour piercing | 0.75 | 0.55 |
The Short Tower Crossbow Bolt can penetrate leaves and tagged glass. The Tower Crossbow Bolt uses the same block tag plus planks, wooden doors, wooden trapdoors, wooden fences and fence gates. A bolt continues through valid blocks and entities while it has enough penetration power.

| Launcher | Culverin, Serpentine | Mons Meg |
| Stack size | 8 | 2 |
| Base launch speed | 145 / 155 blocks/s | 180 blocks/s |
| Mass / penetration | 52 / 0.95 | 220 / 1.55 |
| Block-damage multiplier | 1.10 | 1.60 |
| Energy-loss multiplier | 0.95 | 2.80 |
| Shock radius | 3.3 | 6.3 |
| Base explosion | None | 3.8 |
Cannon Balls apply kinetic block damage and shock damage at impact. They continue through blocks while enough penetration power remains. Giant Cannon Balls create an explosion with a base strength of 3.8 when penetration stops or an entity is hit.

Field guns use Iron Nuggets as grapeshot. Each loaded nugget produces 2–3 pellets. Using the ramrod advances the loading sequence before full capacity is reached.
| Gun | Nugget capacity | Full-load pellet count | Spread |
|---|---|---|---|
| Culverin | 12 | 24–36 | 5.5° |
| Serpentine | 16 | 32–48 | 5.5° |
| Mons Meg | 24 | 48–72 | 7.5° |
Every pellet uses mass 1.5, penetration 0.06 and block-damage multiplier 0.08. Pellets use the launch speed of the loaded gun.

The vanilla Stone item uses the projectile profile of the machine that launches it.
| Launcher | Base speed | Mass / penetration | Block damage | Shock radius | Base explosion |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mangonel | 70 blocks/s | 60 / 0.35 | 0.80 | 4.9 | 1.0 |
| Trebuchet | 86 blocks/s | 90 / 0.55 | 1.90 | 5.7 | 2.6 |
Selected tension multiplies the listed launch speed.

One Stone Grapeshot produces 48–64 stone pellets at release. The mangonel uses a 10° spread and the trebuchet an 8° spread. Each pellet uses mass 1.5, penetration 0.06 and block-damage multiplier 0.08. Stone Grapeshot stacks to 2.

The Incendiary Projectile applies area damage, attempts to place fire within 8 blocks and ignites living targets within 9.5 blocks. Fire duration ranges from 6 to 18 seconds based on distance from the impact. The projectile has no kinetic block-breaking impact and does not stack.
| Singijeon | Explosive Singijeon | |

| Stack size | 64 | 64 |
| Direct-hit profile | Mass 1.2, penetration 0.08, armour piercing 0.35 | Same |
| Impact | Direct damage; embeds in blocks | Direct damage, 3.2-block shock radius, block damage, fire and knockback |
Standard Singijeons deal direct damage and embed in blocks. Their block-damage multiplier is 0. Explosive Singijeons use the same flight and direct-hit profile, then apply shock and block damage, ignite nearby targets for 5 seconds and attempt to place fire around the impact. A Hwacha holds up to 70 rockets in any mixture and fires them in loaded order.

Fire Arrows are bow ammunition with a velocity multiplier of 0.7. The arrow is ignited when the shooter carries Flint and Steel. Fire Arrows stack to 64.
