Siege ladders provide a physical route over walls for players and compatible NPCs. Four blueprints are available, producing ladders with one to four added sections.

After construction or placement, the ladder waits briefly and then tips forward until it reaches a surface or its maximum lean. Walk onto the rungs to climb; the collision and climbing path follow the ladder's actual angle.
Sneak-right-click an unused ladder with an empty hand to pick it up. The item keeps its section count, durability and custom name. A ladder cannot be collected while someone is using it, during dismantling, or by a player who does not own it.
