- Engine oil change — Chevron Delo 400 SDE 15W-40, 4.8L with filter. (Yanmar 4JH2E, 2933 hrs)
- Engine coolant flush & refill — Prestone Platinum Blue antifreeze.
- Hull cleaning — Below waterline cleaned.
- Smart shunt installed — House bank, 9× WattCycle 100Ah LiFePO4 in parallel (900Ah total). Settings: 900Ah capacity, 13.2V charged voltage, 1.05 peukert, 99% efficiency, 10% discharge floor, 0.5% tail current.
- Alternator installed — Stock Yanmar 55A Hitachi 12272N reverted from Balmar 120A conversion.
- Running light mounts replaced — Bow and stern. 4½" × 3½" rounded rectangle, 2½" hole spacing.
- Cockpit table completed
- Companionway crack repaired
