Weekly view and week start day

Weekly view & week-start day

"This Week" doesn't mean the same calendar week for everyone — it depends on whose task it is.

• You have your own week-start day, set in Profile (e.g. Sunday or Monday).
• Each household has its own week-start day too, set on the Household page — independently of any member's personal setting.

Which one applies to a given task:

• A personal task (not shared to a household) follows your own week-start day.
• A household-shared task follows that household's week-start day — regardless of whose personal setting is different.

This means if you're in a household that starts its week on Sunday but you personally prefer Monday, your personal tasks roll over on Monday while the household's shared tasks roll over on Sunday. There's no single forced "week" for everyone.
