Menu: Annotation

Annotate histology images with labeled objects.

This data is saved both for the coordinates on the histology image, and the coordinates in CCF space, so they can be transformed and plotted on the CCF atlas.

This menu opens an Annotator interface.

To add a new annotation, select "New annotation" in the dropdown:

Set a name for the new annotation:

With that annotation selected, press the type of annotation (e.g. Line), and click (and/or drag) on the histology image to draw:

The annotation is now saved:

"Delete on slice" button: delete annotated points on current slice

"Delete annotation entirely": remove all annotated points and label
