IN PROGRESS: Export histology images with current settings as RGB TIFFs with atlas and annotations overlaid as vectors
Export annotated probes as IBL-compatible coordinates to use with IBL tools:
- Assume all annotations are probes, loop through annotations and fit lines to user-clicked points
- Find the insertion point (intersection of line with brain) and probe tip (closest point on line to deepest user-clicked point)
- Define probe vector as [insertion point; probe tip], convert to IBL format: [AP,ML,DV] in meters from bregma
- Save probe vectors in:
\(image path)\IBL_probe_coordinates/probe(00,01,02...)\xyz_picks.json
