Wavie has two lit areas, controlled separately.

The logo	The crescent on the front, lit evenly from behind by a thin RGB backlight panel: one RGB LED in a diffusing acrylic panel, so the whole logo glows in one colour

What the lights are for

Wavie is meant to be left alone. The lights are how it tells you what it is doing without opening the app.

Planned behaviour:

• Idle: any colour and brightness you choose, for each zone.
• Working: a visible change while a test is running.
• Needs attention: a distinct state when something needs you, such as reagents running low or a fault.

The exact colours and patterns are not final.
