Happy Monday!

I hope you all had a wonderful time at GenCon, I wish I could have been there for the :sf2e: Starfinder 2e release!

As a reminder, we support Starfinder 2e just as much as Pathfinder 2e and as an example Hephaistos has an export that is compatible with the json from Pathbuilder, which means you can import your SF2e from Hephaistos into RPG Sage by simply telling Sage sage! import sf2e and dropping in your .json file. Stop by for more info or help with it!

On to this patch.

Last week I was working on a few more bugs for the v1.x of RPG Sage (I wanna keep it running smoothly to make sure it lasts until v2 comes online). While in there, I was able to add a couple more features to help those folks that aren't playing Pathfinder and Starfinder (and they can make use of them, too, of course)!

Character Sheet Templates

Some of you may have imported a character or two from Pathbuilder or pdf (for PF2e/SF2e/E20 games). These imports come with a fancy character sheet layout of the stats. I also built out what I call some "simple sheets" that let non-imported d20/5e/PF/SF characters display some basic stats in a way that reduces clutter on the details output.

Well, now you can customize your character output further with custom templates! We already had display name templates, but we now have custom sheet templates and dialog footer templates. But wait, there's more! Ok, just one more thing! ;) These templates are nestable, so you can create a template called "hp.template" and use it in your display name, your dialog footer, and in your custom sheet.
