Status labels

Labels show where something stands. You don't need to add them — maintainers do.

Label	Meaning
`feedback`	General feedback or idea, under consideration.
`enhancement`	A concrete feature request.
`bug`	Confirmed or reported defect.
`needs-info`	Waiting on more detail from you (please reply, or it may be closed).
`planned`	Accepted — on the roadmap, not started yet.
`in-progress`	Actively being worked on.
`shipped`	Released. Check the changelog for the version.
`duplicate`	Already tracked elsewhere — see the linked issue.
`wontfix`	Out of scope or won't be implemented (reason in the comments).
