The Journal is "persisted", you do not need to Save.
You can export your whole journal (everything concatenated into one .TXT file), or Print the current page.
Text can be marked holding down the Shift key - and then Cut (CTRL+X), Copied (CTRL+C) or Pasted (CTRL+V) anywhere on the page.
When in typewriter printing mode (/PRINT parameter), Journal becomes a typewriter, sending output to a connected printer character at a time, as you type. Backspacing will redact, only on the current line. There's no deleting or text manipulation. So thoughtful typing is the goal!
In a virtual machine, this might give undesirable results (and not really provide the experience either). Intention is a real dot matrix printer connected to a real PC's printer port.
