!86.EXE
It's the same Launch! menu but really tiny.
!86.EXE is a stripped down version of !.EXE that features no custom glyphs, fonts, screensavers, custom prompts, color schemes, or mouse support. With that, it extends Launch! support to 8088/8086 PCs and MDA/CGA displays.
It's a purposely minimal and basic implementation for max speed on really old machines, or people wanting a really tiny Launch! menu without anything else.
It is included as part of a normal Launch! install.
However to use on older machines, rather than downloading the release package, you can download the latest build directly. No install required or any other files. Just place !86.EXE wherever you like, and run.
!86.EXE features a stripped down Configuration dialog, allowing Menu and Shortcut changes.
The 'Launch! target' setting determines which version of Launch! you want run when you press the keyboard shortcut - The standard Launch! or this tiny version.
