2.4 GHz AP mode silently broken on the AICSemi AIC8800D80 (SDIO): Armbian ships a Nov-2023 firmware blob that emits no beacons. The Dec-2025 blob fixes it. Found on the Orange Pi 4 Pro (Allwinner A733); affects any AIC8800D80 SDIO device. Evidence, fix scripts, rollback and the verification method.
