Device Backup & Restore is fully localized and automatically adapts to your preferred language.
The plugin syncs directly with KOReader's interface language setting whenever you open it:
- Automatic Sync: The plugin checks your active KOReader language (such as French, Spanish, German, Polish, or Chinese).
- Native Display: Dialog titles, action buttons, component descriptions, and help messages immediately appear in your chosen language.
- Safe Fallback: If KOReader is set to a language that hasn't been translated yet, the plugin safely falls back to English.
No extra configuration or restart is needed—whenever you switch languages in KOReader's main settings, Device Backup & Restore updates automatically.
The plugin currently supports complete interface translations in 18 languages:
