Getting Started (Meta Quest Windows Air Link)

Install the game

• Download the game from the Game Site.
  Be careful to download the Win64 game build, not a Linux build or the dedicated server.

• Extract the content of the Zip file.
  The extracted content is the game folder. You can extract it to a folder of your choice, such as your Desktop.

Install Meta Horizon Link

• Download and install the Meta Horizon Link app on your Windows PC.
• In the Meta Horizon Link app settings, open "General" and enable "Unknown Sources."
• In the app settings, set Meta Horizon Link as the active OpenXR runtime.

Set up Air Link

• Connect your PC and Meta Quest headset to the same local network.
• For the best connection, connect your PC to the router with an Ethernet cable and connect the headset to a 5 GHz or faster Wi-Fi network.
• Open Meta Horizon Link on your PC and sign in to your Meta account.
• Put on your headset and open "Quick Settings" from the universal menu.
• Select "Air Link." The exact menu name may vary depending on your Meta Horizon OS version.
• Enable Air Link if prompted, then select your PC from the list of available computers.
• Select "Pair" and verify that the pairing code shown in the headset matches the code shown on your PC.
• Confirm the pairing on your PC, then select "Launch" in the headset to start Air Link.

Launch the game

• Connect your headset to the PC with Air Link.
• Find MacroMicroVRService.exe in the extracted game folder and run it.

Optional: Add the game to Meta Horizon Link

You can add the game to your Meta Horizon Link library to launch it directly from VR after connecting to your PC.

• Open "Library" in the Meta Horizon Link app on your PC.
• Select the + button to add a desktop app.
• If the game is not detected automatically, browse to MacroMicroVRService.exe and add it.

After connecting with Air Link, open your Meta Horizon Link library in VR and launch Macro Micro VR Service.
