nc2mbtiles status

The nc2mbtiles subcommand is not available in NES 1.3.5: its parser and registration in main() are commented out. nes nc2mbtiles and nes nc2mbtiles --help therefore cannot be used.

Use the Python MBTiles workflow instead.
